Company Overview
Sprout Design is a leading e-commerce design company based in the US. We are currently hiring in Bangladesh. We are looking to rapidly expand our design capabilities for our Amazon Merch team which specializes in t-shirt designs.
Salary
- Training period - 3 months - $300 USD (roughly 33K BDT per month).
- Upon successful completion of training period, salary will increase to $350 per month (38K BDT).
- Salary will increase to $400 per month with consistent performance and the opportunity to earn bonus incentives.
Responsibilities
- Rapidly create high quality t-shirt designs
- Research popular niches for t-shirts
- Check for trademarks to ensure we are not infringing on intellectual property
Requirements
- 2+ years as a designer
- Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator
- Fluent in English, spoken, written and reading
- Computer or laptop with video camera, 8 GB of RAM
- High speed internet
- Experience with Google Workspace products (eg. gmail, docs, spreadsheets, etc)
- Flexible work schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and work in a team environment
- Have backup equipment in case of power or internet interruptions
Hours
- Upon completion of training - 40 hours per week. Hours and days to be determined, but will include 8 hour shifts during the weekday and weekend. To be scheduled based on training success and business seasonality. Employee must be flexible with hours.
